谢光磊，毕业于南方医科大学基础医学院生物信息教研室，于2018年6月获得了生物信息硕士学位。在此期间，师从李金明教授，从事课题关于差分进化算法，社团划分的应用研究。毕业后就入职于上海药明康德医学检验所有限公司，担任生物信息科学家一职，主要负责下一代测序NGS项目的数据分析及流程开发相关工作。目前是西湖大学的博士生。

Guanglei Xie has graduated from the Bioinformatics department, Basic Medical College of Southern Medical University, which he studied under the Professor Jinming Li, and received Master Degree in June 2018. During the period, he engaged in the application research of the Differential Evolution algorithm and community division. After that, he joined the Wuxi AppTec Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd in Shanghai. Where he has mainly responsible for data analysis and pipeline development based on the Next Generation Sequencing(NGS). Currently, he is a doctoral student at Westlake University.
